Super Eagles head coach, Éric Chelle, has bestowed the title of ‘best striker in the world’ upon Victor Osimhen following the player’s phenomenal performance in the recent World Cup qualifying match.

This crucial win sees the Super Eagles advance into the 2026 FIFA World Cup playoffs. Osimhen netted two goals in the opening half and completed his tally shortly after the break, showcasing his devastating form and ensuring the team’s progression.
