Tragedy: Bakery Van Knocks Down and Kills Two Women in Ogbomoso

Reports from Ogbomoso, Oyo State, confirm a fatal road accident where a bakery distribution van reportedly knocked down and killed two women in the ancient city during the early hours of Monday, October 27, 2025.

The tragic incident, according to local sources, occurred along the Alao-Akala memorial highway, specifically in the Randa area of Ogbomoso.

Dependable NG reports that the two victims lost their lives immediately following the crash. The vehicle involved was a bakery van, registration number Oyo AME 92 XB, used for distributing bread within the city. Sources indicated that the van was traveling at a high speed when the two women attempted to cross the road, resulting in the fatal impact.
