The three-time African champions are now ranked fifth on the continent, trailing only Morocco, Senegal, Egypt, and Algeria.

Nigeria’s improved standing follows their recent successful run, where the Super Eagles secured victories in their last two fixtures against the Crocodiles of Lesotho and the Squirrels of Benin Republic.

Globally, Spain maintained its position at the top of the ranking, while Argentina ascended to the second spot. France, England, and Portugal complete the top five teams in the world.
