Stamford Bridge Side Finalize Two Transfer Deals
Chelsea have confirmed the departure of two players, Carney Chukwuemeka and Julia Bartel, in the ongoing transfer window.
In separate updates published on the club’s official website on Tuesday, the Blues disclosed that Chukwuemeka has sealed a permanent move to Borussia Dortmund, while Bartel will spend the season on loan with Atletico Madrid.
Chukwuemeka, who arrived from Aston Villa in August 2022, featured 32 times for Chelsea across all competitions, scoring twice. The club thanked him for his contributions and wished him success in his new chapter.
Bartel, on the other hand, signed for Chelsea from Barcelona last year and made her debut in the Champions League clash against Twente in October. She will now continue her development with Atletico on loan.
