NNPP 2027 Strategy: Unity is Key, Kwankwaso Tells Party Faithful

In a crucial address to party stakeholders, Rabiu Kwankwaso, the national leader of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), has laid out the core strategy for the party to secure victory in the 2027 presidential and general elections. During an interactive session in Cross River State, Kwankwaso emphasized that the path to success is paved with a unified front and collective effort.
Speaking to a dedicated gathering of NNPP members, Kwankwaso expressed gratitude for their performance in the 2023 elections and urged them to redouble their efforts. “I urge you to work harder so that by by the grace of God our party, the NNPP, will win the election in Cross River and Nigeria,” he stated, instilling a sense of purpose and optimism. He underscored the importance of internal cohesion, particularly in light of the party’s new offices in Calabar and across local government areas in the state.The NNPP gathering was part of a broader strategic planning effort aimed at positioning the party for a decisive win in 2027. Kwankwaso, a former governor of Kano State, also voiced his strong confidence in the party’s current leadership.
Meanwhile, speculation continues to swirl around Kwankwaso’s political future, with persistent claims that he might align with the All Progressives Congress (APC) and collaborate with President Bola Tinubu in 2027. Adding to the intrigue, his close associate, Abdulmumin Jibrin,a member of the House of Representatives from Kano, recently hinted that a potential defection is not off the table. Jibrin’s comments suggest that the political landscape remains fluid as the 2027 elections draw closer.
