Mbwas Mangut, the Technical Adviser for Nasarawa United, has publicly expressed his team’s strong determination to finish the 2025–26 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season in a highly respectable position.

Dependable NG reports that Mangut conveyed that the players are exceptionally motivated to meet this target. The club, known as the Solid Miners, has shown impressive form so far, recording six wins, one draw, and only three defeats this season, placing them firmly in second position on the NPFL table with 19 points.

Mangut highlighted the factors contributing to the team’s strong start, emphasizing the motivation within the squad and the backing they receive. “We are a young team that is self-motivated and highly supported by the Nasarawa State Government. We want to make a name for ourselves and the people of the State,” Mangut told the club’s media. He added that the entire team is doing “everything humanly possible to finish decently on the league table at the end of the season.”
