The Command, however, categorically stated that this report is “entirely false, misleading, and mischievous.” A thorough investigation conducted by the Police established that the individuals captured in the video were actually members of the Peace and Security Service Organisation (Hunters) from Bauchi State. The team was fully equipped with their traditional working tools, including dane guns, bows, and arrows. The Police confirmed that the group was merely returning from a meeting they had attended at Chai-Chai Sabuwa in Ringim Local Government Area when the video footage was recorded.
